This explains what personal information Store On Mars collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short and honest.

What we collect

Your name, phone number, and delivery address so we can confirm and deliver your order.
Your email address, if you give it to us, so we can send your invoice and, only if you agree, occasional news and offers.
Your order details so we have a record of what you bought.
Messages you send us on WhatsApp or through the site.

We do not ask for and do not want your bank card details or any government ID. We sell cash on delivery, so we never handle your payment details.

Why we use it

To confirm your order, deliver it, send your invoice, answer your questions, and keep basic business records. If you opted in, we also use your email to send offers and new arrivals.

Marketing emails

We only send promotional emails to people who agreed to receive them. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and you can also tell us on WhatsApp to stop at any time. Unsubscribing removes you from the marketing list and has no effect on orders you have already placed.

Invoices and messages about an order you actually placed are not marketing, and we will still send those.

Who else sees it

Only the people who need it to get your order to you. That means our delivery couriers, who receive your name, phone number, and address, and the service providers that run our website and send our email. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else advertising to you.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as we need them for business and accounting purposes. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete you.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop sending you marketing. Message us on WhatsApp at 76 854 058 and we will handle it.

Note: we may need to keep basic records of completed orders even after a deletion request, where accounting or legal obligations require it.

Cookies

Our site uses only what it needs to work properly, such as remembering the items in your cart. We do not use advertising trackers.

Children

Our store is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
