Terms & Conditions
These terms cover orders placed with Store On Mars for delivery in Lebanon.
Ordering
Pick your items, then confirm the order with us on WhatsApp at 76 854 058. An order counts as placed only once we reply and confirm it. We may cancel if an item is out of stock, the address is outside our coverage, or we cannot reach you.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and we sell cash on delivery. You pay the courier at the door. Any delivery fee and your exact total are confirmed on WhatsApp before we dispatch. If something was listed at the wrong price or is unavailable, we tell you first and you can confirm or cancel free.
Delivery
We deliver across Lebanon by courier. Timing is confirmed when we confirm your order. Delays outside our control can happen, though we keep you updated. Someone must be there to receive the order and pay for it. If nobody is reachable the order may come back to us and be cancelled.
Check before you pay
Open and check your item with the courier before paying. If it is wrong or damaged, refuse it and pay nothing. Found a problem after paying? Send us photos on WhatsApp and we will sort out a replacement or another fair fix.
The products
These are novelty and gadget items. Photos are illustrative and small differences in colour, finish or packaging happen. They are meant for normal everyday use by people old enough to use them safely, and are not toys for young children unless a listing says so.
Fair use
Please give accurate contact and address details. Repeatedly refusing confirmed deliveries, abuse toward our team or couriers, or fraudulent orders may mean we decline to serve you again.
Our content and liability
The Store On Mars name, logo, design, photography and words are ours. Please do not reuse them without permission. We always try to put things right, and to the extent the law allows our responsibility for an order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here removes your rights under Lebanese consumer law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order is the one that applies to it. To reach us about anything, message WhatsApp 76 854 058. It is the fastest way.
