Terms & Conditions

These terms cover orders placed with Store On Mars (storeonmars.com) for delivery in Lebanon. By placing an order you agree to them.

Ordering

You choose items on the site and confirm your order with us on WhatsApp at 76 854 058. An order is only confirmed once we reply and confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if the delivery address is outside our coverage, or if we cannot reach you to confirm.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. We sell cash on delivery: you pay the courier in cash when the item reaches you. Any delivery fee, and the exact total you will pay at the door, are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before we dispatch.

We try to keep prices and stock accurate, but mistakes happen. If an item was listed at the wrong price or is unavailable, we will tell you before dispatch and you can confirm at the corrected price or cancel at no cost.

Delivery

We deliver across Lebanon through third-party couriers. Delivery timing is confirmed with you when we confirm your order. Delays caused by couriers, weather, road conditions, or events outside our control are not something we can guarantee against, though we will keep you updated.

Someone needs to be available at the address to receive and pay for the order. If nobody is reachable after our courier attempts delivery, the order may be returned to us and cancelled.

Checking your order at the door

Check your item with the courier before you pay. If the item is wrong, damaged, or not what you ordered, refuse the delivery and do not pay. That is the simplest and fastest resolution for both of us.

If you discover a problem after paying, contact us on WhatsApp at 76 854 058 as soon as possible with photos, and we will work out a replacement or another fair resolution with you.

The products

We sell novelty and gadget items. Product photos are illustrative and small variations in colour, finish, or packaging can occur. Items are intended for their normal everyday use by people old enough to use them safely, and are not toys for young children unless the listing says so. Please follow any instructions included with the item.

Your details and conduct

Please give accurate contact and address details. Repeatedly refusing confirmed deliveries, abusive behaviour toward our team or couriers, or fraudulent orders may result in us declining to serve you in future.

Our content

The Store On Mars name, logo, site design, photography, and written content belong to us. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission.

Liability

We stand behind what we sell and will always try to put things right. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here removes rights you have under Lebanese consumer protection law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you place your order is the one that applies to it.
